Cre-AID Labs accepts payments through multiple methods, including:

• Cash

• POS (Point of Sale) terminals

• Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

Payments made using any of these methods will be considered as confirmation of your order.

 

2. Order Confirmation and Processing:

• Upon receipt of payment, your order will be confirmed, and production or delivery will proceed as per the agreed terms.

• Payment confirmation serves as an acknowledgment of your acceptance of the final order details, including design, specifications, and timelines.

 

3. Order Modifications and Additional Charges:

• Any requests for changes to the order after confirmation must be communicated in writing.

• Modifications are subject to feasibility and may result in additional charges, which must be paid before the changes are implemented.

• Cre-AID Labs will not be held responsible for delays caused due to requested modifications.

 

4. Delivery Timelines:

• While Cre-AID Labs endeavors to meet all delivery deadlines, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to logistics issues or force majeure events, are beyond our control.

• Customers will be informed promptly of any significant delays.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Payments made are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Cre-AID Labs.

• Cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to cancellation fees.

Cre-AID Labs ensures the highest standards in product quality and service delivery. However, we are not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer or external factors beyond our control.

 

7. Payment Disputes:

Any disputes related to payments or services must be reported to us within 7 business days of the payment date for resolution.
