​a) Clients must contact Cre-AID Labs via phone, email, or in person to initiate a return or exchange.
b) Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) must be provided.

c) Returned items will be inspected before approval for refund or replacement.

d) Return eligibility:

i) To be eligible for consideration return requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the splints.
ii) Eligible return requests include issues of breakage.
iii) Once a request is submitted it will be accepted on the discretion of Cre-AID Labs.

e) Acceptance of return request is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of Cre-AID Labs.

 

f) Non-returnable items:

i) Items not adhering to clause (d).
ii) Hygiene-related items, worn splints, or orthoses showing signs of wear and tear.
iii) Products altered or repaired by any third party.
